Cancellation Policy
- Weekday reservations require 48 hour notice prior to arrival
- Weekend and 7 night reservations require 7 days notice prior to arrival
- Stays longer than 7 nights require at least 14 days notice
- Holidays require a minimum 14 days notice
Untimely cancellation will incur:
- One night fee for stays up to 3 Nights long
- Two night fee for stays from 4 to 9 Nights long
- One week fee for stays of 10 nights or longer
All confirmed reservations cancelled prior to the above policy period, are subject to a $20.00 Administration Fee.
Weekend and Holidays generally have minimum stay requirements, ask the Front Desk. Weekend and holiday reservations require a deposit to be charged upon confirmation. Any deposit is non-refundable for cancellations falling within policy period or no-shows. Deposits on timely cancelled bookings will be refunded less a $20+tax Administration Fee deduction. Deposits are applied to your last night’s stay. A gratuity may be added to multi-night reservations and group bookings.
